Appointments
Appointments can be made by calling our office during normal business hours.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. For all other calls, an on-call physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. In case of power outage our office can be reached by calling (315) 703-9771.
Prescription Renewals
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Financial
All office visits are payable at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards and debit cards. Please contact our billing office should you have any financial questions or concerns.
Billing & Insurance
We participate with most insurance plans, including Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna, United Health Care, Empire Plan, Fidelis and most other plans. However it is your responsibility to understand whether your insurance has limits on the doctors you can see, or the services you can receive.
If you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts.

Understanding your bill
Understanding how your healthcare services are paid for can be confusing. Our billing staff is happy to assist you with understanding the charges related to the medical services provided.
Services Billed Separately
Some of the services provided are not included in the charges billed by our practice and you may be billed separately for them. They may include laboratory or pathology services. They may, or may not, participate with the same plans as our office. Please check with the affiliated provider below if you have questions regarding the insurance plans they participate with or a bill you may receive from them.
